At Power of Women, our mission is to address the global need for initiatives that spotlight and unite women leaders and girls, fostering a global community to take collective action for peace and well-being for ourselves, our loved ones, and the planet. Through the mediums of Music and Media, we strive to educate, inspire, and amplify the voices of women and girls across different sectors.

We envision a world where all women and girls are given the opportunity to step into their greatness, and the contributions of female leadership at all levels of society are recognized, and their voices are represented and incorporated into important decision-making processes.

Leadership
Power of Women (POW), an initiative by the registered Non-Profit Parent Organization, We Are The Hope 501(c)(3). Initiated on 02-22-2022 led by the co-founder of We Are The Hope, Shenali Rajaratnam along with Burchin Kurkcuoglu, and Ashley Portillo, POW is dedicated to collaborating on impactful projects that empower and uplift women worldwide.
We Are The Hope Non-Profit specializes in designing scalable and replicable blueprints called WATHi’s (We Are The Hope Initiatives) for Community Development.
